Common questions
What platforms and tools do you work with?
We work across a broad technology stack — Atlassian products, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, common HR and finance platforms, and custom REST APIs. If there's an API, we can generally integrate it.
We have automations that are already broken — can you fix them?
Yes. Automation audit and remediation is a common first step. We assess what's in place, identify what's broken or inefficient, and either fix it or recommend a cleaner rebuild — whichever is more practical.
How do you handle security for integrations?
Security is integral to our integration design — credentials are handled via secrets management, integrations use minimum necessary permissions, and we document the security posture of everything we build. We don't bolt on security at the end.
