We start every AI engagement with use case validation — if there's no clear ROI or quality improvement, we say so. Our work is scoped around outcomes, not technology. We'd rather recommend a simpler solution that works than an AI implementation that impresses in a demo and fails in production.
Do we need Atlassian products to engage your AI practice?
No — we work across the toolset. Rovo is a natural focus for Atlassian customers, but we implement and advise on AI tools across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and third-party platforms. Atlassian context just gives us an additional layer of capability.
How do you handle AI governance and risk?
